Abschiebe-Skandal in Schleswig-Holstein: Behörde schob Türken trotz Gerichtsbeschluss ab

Im Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg hat sich eine Ausländerbehörde über einen Gerichtsbeschluss hinweggesetzt und einen türkischen Staatsbürger wohl rechtswidrig abgeschoben. Das VG Schleswig erklärt der Behörde daraufhin nochmal die Grundlagen des Rechtsstaats.
